Devika Dorai is a seasoned leader in banking and financial services with over ten years of experience at Barclays and HSBC. Currently, they serve as the Head of KYC and Onboarding at Barclays, overseeing large-scale KYC life cycle management and financial crime remediation. Previously, Devika held various leadership roles including Center Lead for Payments and Merchant Service Operations, where they managed operations and ensured employee engagement while fostering a high-performance culture. They also have a background in credit operations and underwriting from their earlier tenure at HSBC. Devika holds a postgraduate degree in Public Administration from Justice Basheer Ahmed Sayeed College for Women.
