Ian Jump

Ian Jump currently serves as Vice President and Head of US Technology Coverage for Talent Acquisition at Barclays, overseeing recruitment for the global Technology business and leading talent acquisition efforts at the US campus in Whippany, NJ since October 2017. Prior roles at Barclays include managing a team of seven recruiters focused on Operations recruitment for various banking sectors, as well as serving as a Senior Recruiter and earlier as a Recruiter for COO and functions talent acquisition. Ian's previous experience includes a role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, specializing in financial services recruitment. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University, achieved in 2013.
