Jonathan Lawson

Jonathan Lawson is the Head of Business Management for the Compliance function at Barclays, where they are responsible for resourcing, budgeting, and stakeholder management in a global compliance environment. Previously, they held various roles in finance and compliance, including VP of Lean Project Management at Deutsche Bank and Finance Business Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Jonathan has a strong background in Lean methodology, project management, and continuous improvement. They completed their degree in Accounting and Finance with a 2:1 from Manchester Metropolitan University and hold additional qualifications including CIMA and Prince 2. Jonathan has consistently exceeded performance expectations and has been identified as high-potential talent within their organizations.
