Joyce D. Gibson, MBA, MPC, is an expert coach and learning leader with extensive experience in instructional design and digital transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Instructional Design, Learning Technologies and Technical Communications at Barclays, Joyce has successfully developed a learning technologies strategy to enhance learner engagement. Previous roles include Learning and Development Project Manager and Digital Learning Consultant at Capital One, contributing to the company’s recognition in Training Magazine's "Top 125," as well as Finance Training Manager at ING Direct USA. Joyce's early career involved significant positions at JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley, focusing on training and client relationship management, complemented by a strong educational background from the University of Delaware and Yale School of Management.
