Laurentiu Smarandache

Laurentiu Smarandache, MBA, currently serves as a Vice President and Risk, Finance and Treasury Project/Program Manager at Barclays since July 2011, with previous roles including Data and Workforce Planning Project Manager, Business Project Manager, Customer Support Operations Manager, Customer Support Team Leader, and Premier Mortgage Specialist. Prior to Barclays, Laurentiu held the position of Branch Manager at BRD from September 2009 to July 2010 and worked as a Personal Banker at BRD from January 2008 to July 2009. Laurentiu's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Coventry University (2010-2011) and dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest (2003-2007).
