Liliana Caballero

Liliana Caballero has extensive experience in product management and digital strategy within the financial sector, currently serving as Head of Product for Conversational Assistant and Tier Servicing Strategy at Barclays since August 2017. Prior roles at Barclays include Vice President of Digital Savings and Customer Engagement, and Senior Digital Product Manager. Previously, Liliana worked as a Senior Product and Project/Portfolio Manager at Barclays Wealth Management and held various technical positions in organizations such as the Student Loans Company, National Health Service, and multiple software engineering roles in earlier companies. Liliana holds a Master's degree with distinction in Business and Information Technology Systems from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Systems Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
