Lindsey Boden

Lindsey Boden is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the Global Talent Partner and Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Barclays Execution Services since August 2020, Lindsey plays a pivotal role in delivering quality services across the Group. Prior to Barclays, Lindsey held the position of HR Director and Head of Technology at Rokos Capital Management from May 2017 to April 2020, and spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs, where roles included Regional HR Generalist, Head of EMEA Recruitment, and co-head of experienced hire recruiting in Asia Pacific. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management (Employment & Organisation) from The University of Manchester, completed in 2002.
