Matthew Armstrong

Matthew Armstrong currently serves as Vice President and Delivery and Planning Operations Lead at Barclays, a position held since April 2018, following roles such as Assistant Vice President in both Leadership Development and the Markets PMO European Referendum Response Programme. Prior to joining Barclays, Matthew gained extensive experience in the British Army from December 2003 to April 2018, where roles included People Leader and Team Leader in various capacities. Matthew holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership & Management from Stratford Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A Hons) in Leadership & Management from Northumbria University.
