Melissa Wilkinson

Melissa Wilkinson is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Group HR Business Manager and Managing Director at Barclays. Wilkinson has held various senior roles, including Head of HR for Markets and Research in Investment Banking, and Global Head of Employee Relations within COO and Functions at Barclays. Prior experience includes serving as an Employee Relations Specialist and HR Business Partner in Investment Banking at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, as well as expertise in Change Management at Deutsche Bank. Wilkinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham, attained between 2001 and 2004, and completed education at Forest School from 1990 to 2001.
