Rekha Menon is an accomplished marketing communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently, Rekha serves as Director and Head of Marketing Communications, Branding & Engagement at Barclays since December 2024, focusing on communication and content development. Previously, Rekha held the position of Head & Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at BNY from April 2015 to December 2024, specializing in crisis communications and speech writing. Rekha's career also includes serving as Vice President of Global Marketing & Communications at Ness Technologies, AVP of Corporate Communications at CSS Corp, and Head of Corporate Communications & Media Relations at UST Global.
