Rushikesh Dubewar

Rushikesh Dubewar is a seasoned data professional with over a decade of experience at Barclays, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Data Platforms for Barclays UK. In this role, Rushikesh designs and builds strategic data warehouses to support cross-business unit consumption and drive data-driven business growth. Previous positions include leading Data Engineering teams across various business units, overseeing critical data platforms, and developing a MongoDB-based Customer Platform for Barclays Africa Group. Rushikesh began their career at Barclays through the Future Leaders Development Programme and holds a Bachelor in Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, along with CFA Level 1 certification.
