Sally O'Connell

Sally O'Connell is currently the Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer at Barclays Private Bank, a position held since 2023. Previously, Sally served in various roles at Barclays from 2017 to 2023, including Head of Platform Governance and Control and Head of Private Bank and Wealth Management COO Strategy and Optimisation. Sally began their career as a Data Specialist at Experian from 2005 to 2006. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with first class honours from the University of Leeds and a Master of Science in Statistics with distinction from The University of Manchester.
