Shailja Mani Ratnam

Shailja Mani Ratnam is a Financial Controls Analyst at Barclays since June 2023, previously serving as a Business Oversight Compliance Analyst. Shailja also leads as President of COMBIZ - The Commerce Academic Society at IPCW and participates on the Editorial Board since January 2021. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Internship at EY from January to April 2022, and a role as a Research Vertical Member at J.E.E.T.- Career Guidance and Placement Cell from August to November 2021. Shailja has also worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Growth Arrow Company and as a Content Creator for Newzera both from April to June 2021. Shailja completed a Bachelor of Commerce with honors in Business/Commerce and Finance at Indraprastha College For Women from 2020 to 2023 and studied commerce at DAV Public School from April 2007 to March 2020.
