Currently serving as the Global Head of Digital Tech and CTO at Barclays Private Bank & Wealth Management, Srini oversees engineering, architecture, and digital technology initiatives, while also acting as the GenAI CIO Champion. Previous leadership roles include Managing Director at Publicis Sapient, Partner at Deloitte, and Head of Technology at Axis Bank, where Srini focused on transforming corporate banking and payment systems. With nearly two decades at BNY, Srini played a crucial role in enhancing client-facing platforms. The career began as Assistant Manager in Research & Development at Pentamedia Graphics, specializing in animation and AI technologies. Srini holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from RV College Of Engineering.
