Tim Mills is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in customer management and marketing within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Barclays since 2010, Tim leads a team focused on customer onboarding, sales growth, and loyalty programs. Previous roles at Barclays include General Manager of JetBlue Co-brand, Vice President of Customer Retention, and Vice President of Card Payment Networks. Prior to Barclays, Tim held positions at Barclaycard, including Head of Channel Marketing and Senior Program Manager, where leadership in marketing campaigns spanned multiple channels. Tim holds a 2:1 degree in Business Studies from the University of the West of England.
