Tim Poots

Tim Poots is currently the Head of Tax Operations at Barclays, where they oversee teams in Glasgow, Birmingham, and Chennai, managing up to 120 full-time equivalents. Prior to this role, Tim was the VP and Regional Head of Asset Servicing in Glasgow, responsible for a team of approximately 60 FTE. Tim's experience also includes managing corporate actions departments at both BNP Paribas and State Street, where they led teams of around 30 individuals. Tim holds a MaHons and MPhil in Business Management from Heriot-Watt University, which they completed from 1994 to 2000.
