Victor Daniel

Victor Daniel currently serves as the Head of Data and Generative AI Platforms at Barclays, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Victor led Engineering, AI & Data Practices at MAS Global Consulting from October 2023 to January 2025, and held multiple positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from November 2019 to August 2023, including Executive Director and Global Head of Data Science, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence - GTI. Between January 2017 and February 2018, Victor worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Grandata, focusing on predictive model development. Additionally, Victor operated as a Machine Learning Consultant on a freelance basis from March 2016 to February 2018, engaging in various algorithm development and optimization projects. Victor holds a Master's degree in Mathematical Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and is a CFA Candidate from the CFA Institute.
