Warwick Ball is the Director and Senior Lead of Barclays Strategy & Corporate Development, where they currently oversee mergers and acquisitions, including notable transactions such as the acquisitions of Standard Life Bank and Goldfish. Prior to this role, Warwick gained experience in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Group Plc, and in audit at Price Waterhouse. Warwick holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Accountancy from Victoria University of Wellington.
