Wayne Atwell

Wayne Atwell is currently the Vice President of Strategy for the US Consumer Bank at Barclays, a position held since 2021. Previously, Wayne served as an AVP in Business Transformation at AllianceBernstein from 2019 to 2021, and as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from 2016 to 2018. Wayne's earlier roles included being a Senior Business Analyst at Barclaycard and a Business Analyst at Capital One Bank. Educated at The Johns Hopkins University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and the Leonard N. Stern School of Business with an M.B.A., Wayne has also completed internships at several organizations, including Baltimore Gas & Electric and Applied Signal Technology.
