Alexis Capili

Alexis Capili has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. They started their career in 2010 as a Management Trainee at Johnson & Johnson, where they managed key accounts and implemented in-store execution projects. In 2011, they worked as a Trainee at Reckitt Benckiser, specializing in digital marketing and media buying.

In 2012, Alexis joined Alcatel-Lucent and held multiple roles, including Global Business HR, Global People Partner, and Certified Practitioner for the Insights Discovery System. They were responsible for conducting coaching sessions, designing group workshops, and leading organization development initiatives.

Currently, Alexis works at Barco as the Head of Regional HR for Europe, Middle-East, and Africa. They also serve as a Global HR Business Partner for the Immersive Experience & Cinema department.

Alexis Capili completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines from 2006 to 2010, with a focus on Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they attended Southville International School and Colleges from 2002 to 2006 for their high school education. Alexis also has a certification as an Insights Discovery Practitioner from the institution Insights, however, no information is available regarding when it was obtained.
