Filip Deruijck

Filip Deruijck has extensive work experience in operations management. Filip began their career at Grada NV in 1995, where they served as a Purchase responsible from September 1995 to August 1997, and later as a Manufacturing & Purch Lab from September 1997 to May 2001. In 2001, they joined Barco NV as an Operations Manager MID until December 2008. Filip then returned to Barco in 2009 as an Operations Director Belgium, a position they held until 2013. Filip later became the Vice President Operations Barco Belgium in January 2017 and also took on the role of Vice President Operations BE, responsible for all operational activities in both Barco plants in Belgium.

Filip Deruijck has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Vlerick Business School, which they obtained from 2003 to 2004. In 1995, they also completed another Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business/Managerial Economics at Université catholique de Louvain. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1994, Filip earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent.
