Lien Meuleman

Lien Meuleman has extensive work experience in HR roles. Lien started their career at Coca-Cola Enterprises as an HR Business Partner in 2005 and stayed there until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an HR Talent Manager at Partena z&p. In 2013, they joined BD as the BNL HR Manager until 2017. Lien then moved to Barco, where they held various positions including HR Director, Global HR Business Partner, and currently they are serving as the Global HR Director Talent, Leadership & Organizational Development.

Lien Meuleman completed a Master Class in Human Resources Management at Vlerick Business School from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Psychology from UGent from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in Translation English-French-Dutch from Mercator Hogeschool Gent, which they completed from 1996 to 2000. Lien Meuleman also attended Vlerick Business School in 2014 for a Management course in Compensation & Benefit Management.
