Matthias Kranz

Matthias Kranz is an experienced Customer Service Engineer Expert at Barco since January 2020, specializing in the installation, maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and end-user training of Barco hardware and software, as well as integrating third-party systems. Prior to this, Matthias held various positions in IT administration and management across multiple companies, including NOVUM Hospitality and Holiday Inn Munich South, focusing on the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructures. Matthias also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Gewürze Kranz, selling spices, herbs, teas, and spice blends. An extensive background in IT support began in 1993 with an apprenticeship as an office clerk, culminating in a comprehensive skill set in both customer service and technical support.
