Pieter Moulaert

Pieter Moulaert has a diverse work experience. Pieter started their career as a Software Test Engineer at Barco in 2008, where they were responsible for testing application software and embedded software for medical devices. Pieter then became a System Responsible from 2009 to 2012 and a Project Manager from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2019, Pieter worked as a Team Leader in the application software team at Barco Healthcare, where they also served as the project manager for the QAWeb product. From 2019 to 2021, they held the position of R&D Lead, leading multiple cloud software teams within the Barco software organization. Currently, Pieter is the Director IT - Applications at Barco, leading teams for designing, supporting, and developing IT solutions in various business centric value streams. In addition to their work at Barco, Pieter also gained experience as a Bedrijfsleider & Webdesigner at Lost Studios from 2005 to 2007 and as an IT Support Medewerker at Rekenhof from 2006 to 2007.

Pieter Moulaert attended Don Bosco College Kortrijk from 1993 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in ASO with a focus on Latin & Modern languages. In 2020 and 2021, they attended Vlerick Business School and completed the Emerging Leaders Programme, studying Business Administration and Management. In addition to their formal education, Pieter has obtained certifications in various areas such as Body Language for Leaders, Delegating Tasks, Executive Influence, Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified ScrumMaster®.
