Emma Santiago

Emma Santiago, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Board Member and Newsletter Chair for Chicago SHRM, where responsibilities include creating monthly newsletters in collaboration with the Marketing/Communication Team. Emma has held various roles at Levata since May 2019, starting as a Human Resources Coordinator and progressing to the position of Human Resources Business Partner, providing strategic HR support for a client group of 264 employees and leading global initiatives alongside the Director of People Success. Previous experiences include internships at Target, Scott County Family YMCA, and Chick-fil-A-Franchise, focused on HR functions and business operations. Emma is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management at Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Psychology from Augustana College.
