With a career beginning in 1991, Junior has held various technical and managerial positions across several companies, including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Glue Tec BV. Educational qualifications include multiple certifications in account management and coaching from the KNVB Academie, alongside degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Autocad.
