David Hall BSc Hon MCIOB MCIM is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the housing and construction sectors. Currently serving as Non-Executive Director at EOM Electrical Contractors Ltd and a Group Head of Property at The Wrekin Housing Group, David has a proven track record in housing asset management, development, and compliance, leading nearly 100 staff across various disciplines.
