Michael Emerich

Michael Emerich serves as the Director of Buildings and Grounds at Bard College since March 2022 and previously held the position of Facilities Manager for Grounds and Support Services. Prior to Bard College, Michael worked at Peckham Industries, Inc. from January 2018 to August 2021, where roles included Fleet/Plant Manager and Shop Manager. Michael's extensive experience in public service includes serving as Highway Superintendent and Working Supervisor for the Town of Charlton from January 1999 to December 2017. Michael's educational background includes studies at Hudson Valley Community College from 1993 to 1995, and graduation from Burnt Hills - Ballston Lake High School from 1989 to 1993.
