Nicole Caso

Nicole Caso currently serves as an Associate Professor of Spanish at Bard College, a position held since August 2004, where responsibilities include directing Foreign Languages, Cultures, & Literatures and coordinating the Latin American and Iberian Studies program. Prior experience includes working as a Research Associate at Pyramid Research from 1994 to 1996, specializing in telecom market research in emerging markets. Nicole Caso earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Hispanic Languages and Literatures from the University of California, Berkeley, after obtaining a Master's degree in the same field from the same institution. Undergraduate studies culminated in an AB, magna cum laude, in History and Literature of Latin America at Harvard University. Early education includes attendance at St. George's School in Newport, Rhode Island, and Colegio Americano de Guatemala.
