Chris Mays

Chris Mays has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing roles in various companies. Chris currently serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sales, Commercial HVACR at Regal Beloit Corporation from 2017 to 2020. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Sales Manager at 2J Supply Company, Inc. Before that, Chris held multiple roles at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, including Director of Alliance Sales, Director of Sales - Air Conditioning, Commercial Marketing Manager, and Account Executive. Chris also served as a Business Development Manager at Emerson from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Chris was a Member of the Board of Directors at the Geothermal Exchange Organization from 2011 to 2015.

Chris Mays obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from The University of Findlay, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Chris furthered their education at Wright State University from 2003 to 2005, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management, Innovation, and Change.
