Donna T. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Donna began their career in 1996 as an Events Manager at 99.9 KESZ FM / 103.5 KOAZ FM, where they worked until 1998. Donna then joined Ernst & Young LLP as a Recruiting Coordinator from 1998 to 1999. Donna then took on the role of Marketing Coordinator at D. C. Taylor Co. for a brief period in 1999 before joining Acsys, Inc. as a Regional Account Manager from 1999 to 2000. Donna then moved to Clark Engineers, Inc. where they worked as the Director of Business Development from 2000 to 2005. Donna's next position was at Newbury Design Associates, where they served as the Director of Business Development from 2005 to 2006. Since 2006, they have been with BR+A Consulting Engineers, where they hold the position of Director of Marketing.
Donna T. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing / Business Administration from Elmira College, where they attended from 1992 to 1996.

BR+A was founded in Boston, Massachusetts in 1975 by Gene Bard, Arjun Rao, and Ted Athanas. With just 11 MEP design engineers and a few rooms packed with drafting tables, they built a firm that would become respected for solid engineering and even stronger relationships. Over the past four decades, we’ve been through a few transitions. While many things have changed, a lot is still the same. Today, we operate eight offices nationwide and employ hundreds of dedicated team members, but we are still proud to be an employee-owned firm. And although we’ve traded our drafting tables for BIM, AutoCAD and Revit, we continue to make MEP excellence the core of our practice—while helping our clients explore innovative design solutions.
