Jill Schnittker

Jill Schnittker currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Bardavon, leading a team of 22 full-time employees and informally fulfilling combined roles of SVP and Senior Director of Customer Solutions after a workforce reorganization in December 2023. Previously, as Senior Director of Provider and Payer Experience, Jill managed a team responsible for retaining $17 million in legacy worker's compensation revenues and also took on the role of VP of Provider Experience. Jill's career includes significant achievements at in2itive Business Solutions, where production KPIs doubled, and past-due receivables were reduced significantly. As Executive Director at Briggs Healthcare, Jill spearheaded a successful operational turnaround for a $3 million agency, increasing revenues and reducing expenses substantially. Jill also founded a business providing executive quality services to small enterprises and has extensive experience in national account management from her time at Kindred at Home. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in Keyboard Studies from Kansas State University.
