Chad Hebel

Chad Hebel is an experienced professional in Health Information Technology (HIT) with a diverse background spanning advisory, entrepreneurial, and executive roles. Currently serving as an Advisor at Bardo Vision and a Mentor at Health Wildcatters, Chad emphasizes the importance of industry knowledge transfer. As the Owner of Convert EHR LLC, Chad provides specialized services in electronic health record (EHR) solutions for medical providers. Previous roles include Co-founder of Xynbio and Director of Clinical Information Systems at Humana/Concentra, where Chad managed an $85M clinical portfolio and improved operational accountability. With prior experience as Executive Director of EHR at Texas Health Resources and Medical Edge Healthcare Group, Chad successfully led numerous EHR implementations, optimizations, and the integration of various healthcare systems. Chad holds an MBA in MIS/Healthcare and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
