Sean's entrepreneurial experience as Owner/Chef at Frank and Mary's Tavern further highlights management capabilities, complemented by past roles in hospitality management and culinary development. Educational credentials include a Certified Specialist of Spirits certification from the Society of Wine Educators and a WSET II qualification in Spirits.
