Justin Willett

Justin Willett's work experience includes various roles in the bourbon and manufacturing industry. Justin began their career at Constellation Brands as a Controls & Programming Tech from 2006 to 2009. Justin then joined the Sazerac Company, where they held several positions including Bottling Maintenance Supervisor, Bottling Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance & Reliability Manager, and Plant Engineer and Reliability Manager from 2009 to 2019. Currently, they are working at The Bardstown Bourbon Company as the Executive Director of Manufacturing Operations since October 2019. Justin has also held the position of Senior Project Manager at the company from February 2019 to October 2019. Additionally, they serve as the Vice President Operations at the same company since October 2022.

Justin Willett has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Western Kentucky University.
