Currently serving as the Head of Client Support at Bare Cove Technology since May 2023, Ben previously held roles such as Technical Support Manager and Office Infrastructure Manager at Privé Technologies, where infrastructure management and security strategy implementation were key responsibilities. With a solid background as Service Delivery Manager for Asia and the Middle East at The Sovereign Group, Ben led service desk operations while ensuring compliance with ITIL standards. Additional experience includes roles in IT support and training at major companies such as BHP Billiton, PharmaNet/i3, and IBM, alongside early career experience as an IT Support Engineer for Johnson & Johnson.
