Andrew Gay is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive expertise in online marketing and data analytics. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Online Marketing & CRM at Bare Necessities since August 2011, Andrew manages various digital marketing initiatives including Paid Search, Google Shopping, Marketplace, and Affiliate programs in the retail apparel sector, as well as overseeing all analytics and CRM functions. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions at Rosetta as a Senior Advanced Analytics & Optimization Associate, and at Ernst & Young as an Information & Knowledge Manager. Andrew began a career at Scholastic as both a Data Mining Analyst and Marketing Operations Associate. Academically, Andrew holds an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers Business School and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
