Sarah O'Neill

Sarah O'Neill has worked in the publishing industry for over 20 years. Sarah began their career in 1999 as a Subsidiary Rights Manager for Perseus Books Group. In this role, they represented the entire Perseus Books Group list, negotiated terms of license, and attended the Frankfurt and Bologna Children’s book fairs annually. In 2007, they joined Barefoot Books, Celebrating Art and Story, as Global Sales Director, where they drove efforts to broaden awareness of the Barefoot Books brand and entire publishing program on a global scale. Sarah then moved to Storey Publishing in 2018 as a Senior Specialty Account Representative before returning to Barefoot Books in 2020 as Director, Education & Special Markets, and then Global Sales Director.

Sarah O'Neill attended Emerson College from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Writing, Literature, and Publishing.
