Divy Sierra Decendra

Divy Sierra Decendra is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, and auditing. Currently serving as the Financial Planning and Analysis Lead at Bareksa since March 2021, Divy has developed detailed financial projections and works closely with the Deputy CFO. Previous roles include Accounting Manager and Assistant Accounting Manager, where responsibilities encompassed supervising accounting staff, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audits. Divy's auditing career began at TIAG, progressing from Junior Auditor to Senior Auditor, with experience in various industries, including construction and insurance. Divy holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from the University of Indonesia.
