Amir Tavakoli

Amir Tavakoli is an experienced professional in the field of food technology and management with a diverse background in account management and technical sales. Currently serving as an Account Manager in Human Nutrition at Barentz since October 2023, Amir previously held multiple roles at Barentz from October 2015 to September 2022, including Account Manager, Technical Sales Manager, and Technical Specialist in the Export Division. Prior to Barentz, Amir worked as a Technical Consultant and Research and Development Manager at Ahoura Cap Co from 2013 to March 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Technology and Processing, and a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, along with a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch.
