Sergei Tkatchew

Sergei Tkatchew is an experienced project manager currently leading the LEAP project, a digital transformation initiative for ERP implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the BeNeLux, Germany, and Austria, at Barentz since September 2019. Prior roles at Barentz include Team Leader Demand Planning, responsible for coordinating planning activities across multiple divisions and collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance, as well as Team Leader Sales Support, where optimization of sales forecasting processes was a key focus. Sergei's earlier experience includes positions at BUVA, including Team Leader Sales Support and Sales Support Coordinator, and various roles at thyssenkrupp and Marskramer, all contributing to a robust background in sales, marketing, and team leadership. Sergei holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Commercial Economics from the University of Applied Science in Rotterdam, with an educational foundation in Marketing and Communication.
