Catherine Dapra

Catherine Dapra currently serves as a Partner at Baretz+Brunelle, having previously held the position of Managing Director at CALIBRATE, an executive search and organizational consultancy for law firms. Catherine's extensive experience in talent management and practice optimization includes roles as Chief Talent Officer at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and Chief Talent and Practice Management Officer at Kaye Scholer LLP. Catherine began a career in business development and practice management, with early roles at Dechert LLP, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., CIBC, and the NYSE. Catherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Studio Arts from Hollins University and a Certificate in Executive Coaching from New York University. Catherine is currently furthering education at The Wharton School.
