Akshay Parmar

Akshay Parmar is a graphic designer currently employed at Barfoot & Thompson since October 2022. Previously, Akshay worked as a Retail Assistant and Keyholder at Hurricane Denim from May 2022 to October 2022. Akshay also gained experience as a Design Intern at Hula Design in early 2021, where involvement included creating content for notable brands such as Vodafone and NZMP. Prior to entering the design field, Akshay served as a Data Entry Clerk at My Nest Mortgage Consultants from December 2016 to January 2020, assisting with client database organization and daily business tasks. Akshay holds a Bachelor of Design in Communication Design with a Minor in Creative Entrepreneurship from Auckland University of Technology, completed in November 2021, and graduated from Wellington College in December 2018.
