Anna Lin

Anna Lin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management across various sectors, including real estate, health and safety, and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Barfoot & Thompson since November 2022, Anna specializes in overseeing complex SaaS implementations and in-house projects. Previously, Anna held roles such as Client Success Manager and Implementation Project Manager at ecoPortal, where performance responsibilities included managing project scope and contractual deliverables. Additional experience encompasses managing quality, health and safety strategies at Faithful+Gould, leading major construction projects at CPG Corporation, and executing building automation upgrades at Honeywell. Anna holds a Ph.D. in Knowledge Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from The University of Auckland.
