Stephanie Pickens

Stephanie Pickens, MBA, CHMM, is an experienced professional in project management and operations. Currently serving as Regional Administrative Manager and Project Administrator at Barge Design Solutions, Inc. since June 2021, Stephanie previously held the role of Project Coordinator at Auxier & Associates, Inc. from December 2016 to June 2021, managing up to 15 concurrent projects and overseeing invoicing and client communication. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager and Technical Services Manager at Synagro from March 2004 to April 2016, where responsibilities included project oversight, regulatory compliance, and client relations. Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
