Carl Cadwallader

Carl Cadwallader is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, management consulting, and business transformation. As the Founder and CEO of Barger Creek Wireless since December 2017, Carl has focused on delivering innovative broadband solutions to rural communities in Northern Lower Michigan. Prior to this role, Carl served as a Management Consultant at Cadwallader Business Consulting, specializing in supply chain optimization and operational excellence. Carl's experience includes leadership positions at Nidec Control Techniques as Director of Operations for the Americas, and at Abbott as Senior Director overseeing manufacturing process development and business value realization. Carl has also held significant roles at Honeywell, General Motors, and Webasto, where expertise in quality systems, lean methodologies, and operational strategy was demonstrated. Carl earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
