Justin Seely

Justin Seely's work experience includes a role as Head of Delivery Improvement at Barhale Ltd since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at J. Murphy & Sons Limited for many years, holding various positions such as Senior Operations Manager, Senior Contracts Manager, Bid Team member, Project Director, Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Senior Engineer, and Project Engineer. Justin was also involved in the Optimise - Joint Venture, where they served as Programme Delivery Manager and Delivery Manager. Justin'sexperience spans across the infrastructure industry, including high-speed rail, tunnelling, bridge construction, and civil engineering.

Justin Seely attended Aylesbury Grammar School from 1985 to 1991, where they obtained their GCSEs and A-Levels in various subjects. After that, they furthered their education at Oxford Brookes University from 1991 to 1995, earning a HND in Civil Engineering. In 2015, they obtained a NEBOSH - General and Construction Certificate from NEBOSH and achieved a distinction grade.
