Mike Medves

Mike Medves has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Mike most recently worked at Barhead Solutions as the Head of Power Platform and Advisory since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Architecture from October 2021 to May 2023, and as the Head of Power Platform from January 2021 to October 2021. Mike also held the position of Power Platform Lead from September 2018 to January 2021 and briefly served as an Engagement Manager from April 2018 to September 2018.

Before joining Barhead Solutions, Mike worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Solution Architect at Franchise Cloud Solutions from October 2016 to April 2018. Mike also worked briefly as a Solution Architect at Hire A Hubby in September 2016.

Earlier in their career, Mike held several positions at Accenture (Cloud Sherpas) as the Cloud First Salesforce Regional Delivery Lead from January 2016 to June 2016. Mike also worked at Cloud Sherpas as the ServiceNow Delivery Director from June 2015 to January 2016 and as the Solution Architecture Director from February 2013 to May 2015. Additionally, they served as a Senior Manager from August 2010 to January 2013, focusing on delivering innovative Salesforce solutions across various industries.

Prior to their time at Cloud Sherpas, Mike worked at IBM Global Business Services as a Managing Consultant from December 2006 to August 2010. Mike also served as a Technical Team Lead / Solution Architect at the Department of Community Services (NSW) from September 2004 to May 2006.

Earlier in their career, Mike held positions at Telstra as a Lead Test Analyst from March 2004 to September 2004, at Optus as a Support Analyst from September 2003 to March 2004, and at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant from January 2003 to September 2003.

Mike Medves attended UNSW from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology, specializing in Co-Op Degree. In addition to their formal education, Mike has obtained various certifications from Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Scrum Alliance, Marketo, and Oracle. Some of these certifications include Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. Their most recent certifications were obtained in 2021.
