Anne Bailey

Anne Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational performance improvement and management consulting. Currently serving as a Partner and Director at Baringa since August 2014, Anne has a significant track record of leading strategic projects in various sectors, including oil and gas. Previously, Anne held roles at Stroud International, ascending from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate, where responsibilities included enhancing the performance of operational assets and capital projects across Europe and China. Additionally, Anne worked as a Brand Manager for Teach First. Anne holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Renewable Energy from the University of Oxford.
