Eddie Monteiro

Eddie Monteiro is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and business transformation across various industries. Currently serving as a Partner at Baringa since 2023, Eddie previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at ETS, overseeing a $600M services P&L and directing enterprise-wide strategic functions. From 2015 to 2021, Eddie served as Senior Vice President of Global Business and Technology Services at Pearson, where leadership included the development of a Global Business Services model to enhance delivery efficiency. Prior experience includes over a decade at IBM Global Business Services, culminating in the role of Vice President and Partner, where oversight of a $500M+ annual revenue operation was key.
